Adam Theodore Zebrowski, 44, of Jamestown, passed away Thursday September 13,, 2018 at UPMC Hamot Medical Center, Erie PA. Adam was born February 25, 1974 in Bridgeport Ct. to Tadeusz and Zezislawa Zebrowski.
He is survived by his son Brandon Theodore Zebrowski, mother Zezislawa Zebrowski, brother Mariusz (Robyn) Stanczyk.
Adam was preceded in death by his father Tadeusz Zebrowski.
The family will receive friends at Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services on Tuesday September 18 from 9-11am followed by a funeral mass at St. Peter and Paul RC Church.
