Hello Larry, Norrine, Monica and Jackie,
I am sad to hear about James. He was a really neat guy. I remember the great news you shared when he was finally correctly diagnosed for his thyroid; allowing him to attend High School. I also remember nothing but kindness and love from James. He loved to play Dungeons and Dragons with the family downstairs in Midland.
I actually think about you guys a lot more often than you would suspect including this morning as something random reminds me of you.
I drive a lot for my Sales job thus lots of radio time. About 10 mins ago Wilma's favorite song came on "I Go Crazy" from Paul Davis; I pulled off the road and reminisced about all of y'all which is how I just stumbled across this news.
I've still got a very special place in my heart for all of your family even 30+ years later. I will never forget your kindness and the closeness we had.
I am confident Wilma and James are both in heaven.
Lord, please just say the word so Wilma and James can again be with each other. Lord for the rest of the family, please help them feel your presence, your peace, and in their hearts have sorrow no more knowing you are taking care of the whole family with the promise as faithful servants you will once again rejoin all of us in your grace.
Lord in your name we pray.
