Robert I. Haley, 59, of Jamestown, passed away Saturday November 25, 2017) at Corry Manor.
He was born in Jamestown on January 7, 1958 the son of the late Clyde Haley and Harriett Kinney.
He served in the US Navy for four years.
He is survived by several brothers and sisters.
There will be no visitation or funeral service.
