Margaret Garfield, 104, of Gerry, NY passed away October 18, 2017 at Heritage Village, Gerry, NY.
She was born in Syracuse, NY, the daughter of Abraham and Anna Menter.
She is survived by a daughter, Carole (Bob) Reeder, Chautauqua, three granddaughters, Amy Reeder and Nancy Garfield, Atlanta, GA and Karen Ernest, Greenville, SC., two grandsons, Jonathan(Rudd van Odenhoven) Reeder, Amsterdam, Netherlands and Daniel (Lisa) Reeder, Syracuse, six great grandsons, a great- great granddaughter, a sister, Elaine (Larry) Katzman, Phoenix, AZ, a sister in law, Ina Menter, Hawaii.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Garfield, a son, Michael Garfield, two sisters and two brothers.
The family will sit Shivah Sunday and Monday at 90 Harper, Chautauqua.
