Karen Paul Redmond, 67, of Panama, N.Y., died Thursday (January 19, 2017) at UPMC Chautauqua WCA.
She was born in Jamestown on May 11, 1949 the daughter of Murray and Marian Jacobson Paul.
She was employed as a cook for several local restaurants including, The Italian Fisherman, Dick's Harbor House, Friendly's and the former Holiday inn.
Karen loved children, gardening, hunting, fishing and cooking.
She is survived by two sons, Bradley Redmond and Robert Redmond, Panama, five brothers, Michael Paul, James Paul and Carl (Paula) Slagle, Jamestown, Thomas (Suzie) Paul, N.C., Richard (Diane) Paul, Kiantone and her former husband, James Redmond, Panama.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her step father, William Slagle.
There will be no visitation or funeral service.
