Elizabeth (Beth) Cardone, 59, of Jamestown died unexpectedly of natural causes on Friday (February 27, 2015). She was born in Jamestown on September 6, 1955 the daughter of William and Bernice Wilson Cardone. She was employed in the office of Bush Industries and also was employed at BonTon. She attended Jamestown Public Schools, JBC( where she attained a 4.0 average), JCC and Fredonia, graduating with a four year degree in business administration. Beth was an avid reader always seeking knowledge and information in many areas of medicine and computer science. She enjoyed arts and crafts, rubber stamping and making jewelry .Beth was single but (Auntie Beth) was what her nephews and nieces called her. Beth was involved with them for birthdays and holidays. She loved to take photos of all the family members and always found time to smile for the camera. She was a communicant of St. James Catholic Church and a member of the Altar & Rosary Society. She enjoyed helping out with the annual social events and with the making of Italian Cookies at the church hall. Beth will be sadly missed by her sisters, Patricia ( Maurice) Bly and Susan Piazza, Jamestown, Kathleen (Bruce) Shearman, Lakewood and Antonia Cardone, Salamanca. A private graveside service will be held in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Deacon Michael Lennon of St. James Catholic Church, will officiate. Visitation will not be observed. Say a prayer for Beth because she’s in heaven looking down on us saying prayers for all of us. The Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
