Jeanne M. Pack, 93, of the Lutheran Home and Rehabilitation Center, formerly of Carlson Towers and Hern Ave., Lakewood, died at 9:18 p.m. Friday (December 28, 2012) in the nursing facility.. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on June 23,1919, the daughter of Kenneth and Mary Elizabeth Snyder McKinley. Jeanne was self employed as an interior designer. She is survived by two daughters, Jill (Berkeley) Adams, Panama, N.Y. and Melodie (James) Lohr, San Diego, Ca., four grandchildren, Stephen McManmon, San Diego, Ca., Willa (Maury) Feaver, Napa, Ca., Morgan Adams, Cleveland, Ohio. and Jennifer Adams, Erie, Pa., three great grandchildren, Alyssa McManmon, San Diego, Ca., Joannem and Blakely Feaver, Napa, Ca.,and a sister, Ruth "Betty" Radcliffe, Montgomery, Ohio. Jeanne was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Pack who died in 1990 and by two siblings, Mary Grace Cummins and William McKinley. There will be no visitation or funeral service. Memorials may be made to Hospice Chautauqua County, 20 West Fairmount Ave., Lakewood, N.Y. 14750. The Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
