Dawn M. Fisher, 42, of 358 S. Main St., Jamestown, died in her home on Aug. 27, 2012.
She was born March 4, 1970, in Philadelphia, Pa., the daughter of John and Sharon Fisher She is survived by her live-in companion, Joseph Galati Jr.; her mother, Sharon; two brothers; a sister; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Fisher.
Arrangements are by Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
