LeRoy James Boutelle LeRoy James Boutelle, 78, of 300 Hall Ave., Jamestown, died at 1:45 p.m. Wednesday (February 8, 2012) at his residence. He was born in Jamestown on March 30, 1933 the son of LeRoy and Carmella Marie Nibali Boutelle and was a 1952 graduate of Jamestown High School. Jim was the owner & operator of Boutelle Remodeling for thirty years, retiring in 1995. He served with the US Air Force during the Korean War from 1952 to 1956 and earned the National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal and the Korean Service Medal. He was a member of Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #1681, VFW Post #53, Chautauqua Lake Fishing Association and the Order Sons of Italy. He was a former member of the War Vets, Gerlad S. Gaeta Club and the American Legion Ira Lou Springs Post#149 and the Antique Auto Club. Jim is survived by three sons, James Boutelle, Carlsbad, New Mexico, Thomas and Robert Boutelle, Jamestown, a daughter, Paula (Christopher) Picone, Las Vegas, NV., four grandchildren, Amber Nicole Boutelle, Jamestown, Dominic and Cynthia Boutelle, New Mexico and Anthony Picone, Las Vegas, NV., three great grandchildren, his companion of several years Bonnie Heath and her family George, Shelley, Stephanie and Mathew Grice. He was preceded in death by a brother Robert Boutelle and an infant sister Doris Boutelle and his step father, Richard Phillips. Friends will be received on Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Hubert Funeral Home And Cremation services. There will be no funeral service. Memorials may be made to Hospice Chautauqua Co. Inc., 20 W.
