Alberta King Warner, 73, of the Chautauqua County Home, formerly of Grant St., Jamestown, died at 9:48 a.m. Wednesday (March 13, 2013) in the nursing facility. She was born in Gowanda, N.Y. on September 28, 1939, the daughter of Daniel J. and Ruby Martin King. Alberta was Catholic by faith. She is survived by three sons, Roy (Lori) Warner, Cleveland, Oh., Robert (Kerry) Warner, Jamestown, Edward (Kim) Warner, Ellery Center, a daughter, Alberta Monagle, Jamestown, ten grandchildren, Jessica Smith, Julie, James and Douglas Monagle, Jamestown, Matthew, Christopher, Marrie and Joseph Warner, Ohio, Cassie Chapman, Sherman, N.Y. and Tessa Warner, Ellery Center, several great-grandchildren, two brothers, Ralph (Rickey) and Robert (Marylou) King, Sinclairville, two sisters, Lillian (Ronald) Arnold, Ellery Center and Sandra (Buzz) Becker, Gowanda, and her best friend, Linda Gorton, Jamestown. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Lewis Warner, Sr. who died on February 12, 2013, two brothers, Daniel and Edward King and a sister, Lynda Macri. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 16, 2013 in the Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services. The Rev. Darrell G. Duffy, Pastor of St. James Catholic Church, will officiate. Friends will be received for two hours prior to the funeral service.
