Shawn D. Stevens, age 42, of Jamestown passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2015. Shawn was born on September 15, 1973 in Dunkirk, NY, the son of the late David and Patricia (Hanlon) Stevens.
Shawn enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, listening to music and playing video games. He loved to be outdoors and enjoyed walking.
Shawn is survived by his brother, David (Stacey) Stevens; nephew, Corey Reichardt; and niece, Taylor Stevens, all of Lakewood; and his faithful canine companion, Oreo.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
