Obituary of John P. Burdic

John P. Burdic, Sr., age 51, of Kennedy, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday September 27, 2015 at the WCA Hospital. John was born on October 2, 1963 in Rochester, NY to Robert and Clara Burdic, Sr. He married Donna (Matt) Burdic on September 16, 2003 in Kennedy, NY. John loved hunting, fishing and doing all kinds of wood work. John is survived by his wife, Donna Burdic, of Kennedy; his children: Brian Seekins of Frewsburg, Theresa Green of Jamestown, Michelle (Kris) Clark of Jamestown, Jessica Cardas of Little Valley, John Burdic, Jr. of Corning, and Joseph (McKayla) Burdic of Dawsonville, GA; 14 grandchildren; his father, Robert Burdic, Sr. of Dunkirk; siblings: Gary (Deborah) Burdic of Clarkshill, S.C., Robert Burdic, Jr. of Phoenix, AZ, Bonnie (Alex) Velieff of Derby, NY, Kathleen (Lester) Smith of Springville, NY, James Burdic of Stockon, NY, Geraldine Klever of Freedom, NY, and Paul Burdic of Cherry Creek, NY. John was preceded in death by his mother, Clara Burdic, brother, Timothy Burdic, and sister, Gloria Burdic. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday October 3, 2015 at the Steamburg Cemetery.
