Michael J. Van Vleck, 74, of Heritage Green Rehab & Skilled Nursing, formerly of Lakewood, died at 11:38 a.m. Thursday (June 4, 2015) in the nursing facility.
He was born in Jamestown on August 30, 1940 the son of Charles and Katherine Carpenter Van Vleck
Michael was formerly employed in the maintenance department at the Chautauqua Mall. He previously worked at the former Quality Markets Warehouse and on dairy farms in North Clymer.
He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
He is survived by a sister, Isabelle Haupt, Noblesville, Indiana
A private family graveside service will be held at Lake View Cemetery.
Visitation will not be observed.
