Obituary of Polly Harrington

Polly A. Harrington, 47, of Bowers Road, Stockton, N.Y., died Friday, June 12, 2015 in UPMC Hamot. She was born in Jamestown on October 12, 1967 the daughter of Arthur Harrington, Jamestown and the late Faith Barton Harrington. Polly was a great mom and an awesome cook. She was a mom to more then her own children. She enjoyed being with her granddaughter. Her favorite saying was “ I told you so” and her favorite drink was Pepsi and she would say, “stay out of my pop”. Polly is survived by her companion, Scott Steinhoff, Stockton, three children, Samantha Harrington, Sinclairville, Katie and Nathan Steinhoff, Stockton, a granddaughter, Gracelynn Harrington, Sinclairville, a sister Mellisa (Robert) Harrington-Smith Gerry, NY, a brother, Artie D. (Jennifer) Harrington, Lakewood, two step-children, Scotty Evans, Florida and Nikke Evans, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday in the Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation services. The Rev. Nathan Bailey, Administry Director of Park Church, will officiate.
