William L. Blakey, 52, of Jamestown, died at 12:50 a.m. Thursday (May 21, 2015) at home.
He was born in Tampa, Florida on September 25, 1962 the son of Risdon Luke and Hazel Eva Salters Blakey.
He was formerly employed at Adanlock, Dawson Metal and Artone.
He is survived by his wife, Heather O’Leary Blakey, Jamestown, two sons, William R.D. Blakey and Matthew Hudson Eugene Blakey, Jamestown, four daughters, Rebecca Leeann Blakey, Rachael Penny May Blakey, Vicky Burke, Jamestown and Kelli Garris, Tenessee, seven brothers, James, Gene, George, Robert, Donald, Paul and Dale Blakey.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Janie Dolores Lindsay.
Friends will be received on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until noon at the Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
Inurnment will be in Lake View Cemetery.
