Samuel L. Meals, 59, of 520 Newland Ave., Jamestown, died at 7:49 a.m. (March 18, 2015) in the WCA Hospital.
He was born on February 28, 1956 in Ridgeway, Pa., the son of James and Marion Ripley Meals.
Sam was employed as a welder at Ward Steel, Liverpool, N.Y.
There will be no visitation or funeral service.
