Obituary of Thomas H. Watson

Thomas H. Watson, 80, of Wellman Rd., Ashville, died at 2:15 p.m. Friday (March 6, 2015) at his residence. He was born in Spring Creek Twp, Pa. on May 27, 1934 the son of Thomas L. and Olvita Smith Watson. Tom had been employed as plasterer for Nelson Plastering for several years and had forty five years of experience. He served in the US Air Force from 1952 to 1956. Tom is survived by his wife, Cheryl Schultz Watson, whom he married on January 27, 1988 in Ithaca, N.Y, a son, Thomas H. (Debbie) Watson Jr., Spring Creek, Pa.,; a daughter, Terri Watson, Denver, Co.; two grandchildren, Thomas H. Watson III, Nashville, Tn. and Ronda Watson, Memphis, Tn. Several great grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Doris Pike and Joanne Hauk. A private family graveside service will be held in Pine Grove Cemetery, Russell, Pa.
