Age 100, of Jamestown, NY, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 18, 2024.

Carrie was born on October 9, 1924, in Jamestown, NY, to Dick and Mary (Dipuma) Sena. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she was known for her warm heart and devotion to her family.

Carrie graduated from Jamestown High School and embraced life with a passion for cooking, especially during the holidays when she lovingly prepared homemade Italian cookies for her loved ones. She was a loyal fan of The Young and the Restless, never missing an episode, and enjoyed spending quiet moments with her word search books.

In addition to her parents, Carrie was preceded in death by her husband, Peter J. Prinzi; her brothers, Joseph Sena and Angelo Sena; and her sister, Mary Bordenga.

She is survived by her son, Anthony (Jody) Prinzi, of Jamestown, NY; four grandchildren, Ryan (Ashley) Prinzi of Mayville, NY, Nicole Bourgault of Troy, NY, Zachary Reeves of Jamestown, NY, and Kylie Reeves of Jamestown, NY; and six great-grandchildren, Alexia Prinzi, Charlotte Bourgault, Kamden Beardsley, Roslynn Beardsley, Nolan Beardsley, and Bryson Canaski. Carrie also leaves behind her brother, Samuel Sena, as well as many cherished nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

A burial service will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Jamestown, NY, in November 25, 2024 at 1PM.

Carrie’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
