Janet Lee Farren (Skillman), born November 8th, 1964 passed peacefully with her family at her side on October 9th, 2024 in UPMC Chautauqua, Jamestown, NY. She was born in Saint Marys, PA to the late Mylo Henry Skillman and Elma Lenora Lewis.

Janet loved being outdoors and going fishing. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter Sandra Skillman and her four sons, James Farren Jr., Jon Skillman, David Reid, and Theodore Banks. She is also survived by her sisters Anna Skillman, Hilda Skillman, and Ardith Skillman; brothers Carl Skillman and Lyman Skillman; and many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her late husband James Farren Sr, as well as her brothers James Skillman, Alvin Skillman, Thorbert Skillman, and sister Marlene Skillman. Although she will be greatly missed, she will remain in our hearts forever.
