Obituary of Timmy Ecker

Please share a memory of Timmy to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Timmy Michael Robert Ecker went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 1, 2024. He was born December 9,1962 to the late Elaine Perrine and Gerald Ecker. Timmy worked at Hopes Windows for 23 years where he was dedicated to his job. He had a great passion for cars from building toy models to restoring classics. He also enjoyed going to Rim Rock, Stateline Speedway, dogs, bingo, but most of all the drive. Whether he was in the sun or the rain you would always see him out and about. The open road was his place of peace. His children will always remember him saying "This is God's Country!" Timmy is survived by his five children, Teah Spence, Taneseah Johnson, Tristah Johnson, Tim Johnson and Torey Johnson, as well as twelve grandchildren, his two sisters, Melody Leeper and Kitty Keith, A brother Edward Ecker and several nieces and nephews. Timmy was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and a brother David Ecker. Arrangements entrusted to Riccardi’s Hubert Funeral Home. If you would like to make donations in Timmy's honor please donate to the James Prendergast Library and their Literacy Program. A private service will be held by the family at a later date.
