Obituary of David D Brigiotta

David (Dave) DeForest Brigiotta, 72, of Jamestown NY passed away on January 16, 2024. He was born on September 3, 1951, in Jamestown NY to Anthony and Lois Brigiotta. He was a longstanding member of the Jamestown community and a graduate of Jamestown High School. He worked for a period of time at Maddox Table Company. Dave enjoyed hunting for antiques, a hobby he pursued with great enthusiasm. He was also an avid fan of all types of music with a particular love for the Beatles and enjoyed watching WWE wrestling and the Buffalo Bills. David’s greatest love was for his family, his friends at the High Rise and his cat. Dave was often seen walking around downtown Jamestown and never missed a family gathering. He will be dearly missed by his sister and brother-in-law, Toni and Dan Davis, his nieces Karla Brigiotta, Kristina (Dereck) Lazarro, Nichole (Matt) Chollet and his nephew Andrew (Jamie) Davis, as well as his great-nieces and nephews, his many cousins and all of his wonderful friends at the High Rise. David is preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Lois Brigiotta, a brother Thomas F. Brigiotta and a niece Danielle Wahl. While David’s absence will be felt deeply by those who knew him, his memory will continue to live in our hearts. A graveside service will be held in the spring to honor and remember Dave. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the local Humane Society, a cause close to Daves Heart.
