Irma Irene Norbeck Frank passed away Sunday, February 19, 2023. She was born May 31, 1945 in Jamestown, NY, the daughter of Mary Margaret Wagner Norbeck and Martin Norbeck.
She is survived by her daughter Rhonda Frank and grandchildren Shine and Ash DeHarder. She is also survived by her sister Nelda Matthews, brother-in-law Paul "Buster" Craker and nieces and nephews: Tom Craker, Mark Matthews, Diane Boes, Cynthia Nichols, Beth Matthews, Scott Craker and Todd Matthews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Linda "Shine" Norbeck and Olive Craker, nephews Timothy Matthews and Jerome Craker, and niece Amy Matthews Haehn.
A Celebration of Life will be announced as soon as arrangements are made.
