Scott Edward Blake (Chubby), age 57, of Ashville, New York, passed away on January 6, 2023. He was born on July 12, 1965 to Edward Blake and Marilyn Blake in Jamestown, NY. Scott graduated from Jamestown High School in 1983, and was a self-employed contractor. Scott is survived by his children, Stephanie Rogers (Nathaniel), Daniel Blake (Becka), Kyle Blake (Jackie), Marilyn Blake, Ryleigh Blake. He is also survived by siblings Tammy Magnuson (Deke), Edward Blake (Janel), Robert Blake, Jefferson Blake (Jennifer), and Brandi Jinks (David), as well as six grandchildren, step-children, and a number of loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward and mother, Marilyn. Scott enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, and gardening, spending time with his family and friends, and was a life-long Buffalo Bills fan. Arrangements entrusted to Riccardi’s Hubert Funeral Home. Scott’s children and family invite all of Scott’s friends to the Llama Club at 4939 Route 474 in Ashville, NY on Saturday, January 14 at 3pm for a Celebration of Life. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Scott’s name to Chautauqua Tapestry, who’s mission is to support individualized services that are accessible and comprehensive to meet the needs of youth with emotional and behavioral challenges and their families.
