Obituary of Barbara L Myers

Barbara Lynn Myers (Mamon), 57, of Kennedy, NY passed away May 14, 2022, after her battle with cancer. Loving family and friends surrounded her. On February 25, 1965, Barb was born in Jamestown, NY, to the late Linda Frey (Goodberry) and Robert Mamon, Sr. She grew up in Kennedy, NY. She then moved to Georgia, raised a family and made many new friends before returning home to reconnect with her family and friends there. She loved life, plants, animals, family, friends and was especially proud of her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her children; daughter Reanna Laumann (Michael), granddaughters Riley, Addy and grandson, Eli; son Michael Myers (Emily), grandson, Boman. She is also survived by stepmother, Vonceile Mamon; sisters Deborah Yoakum, Robin Campbell (Benji), Denise Shelters (Tom), Kimberly Albares, Shauna Varo (David); brother, Robert Mamon (Michelle): stepsisters Sandra Ecklund (Van), Jody Caldwell and Michelle Tambascio; Aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, friends she considered family and her beloved Dachshunds Abby and Tilly. She was preceded in death by both of her parents; brother-in-law, David Yoakum; nephew, James Shuart; Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Arrangements entrusted to Riccardi’s Hubert Funeral Home. Per Barb’s request, no funeral services will be held. Details of a Celebration of Life to be held on June 25, 2022, will be announced.
