Obituary of Alicia Himes- Newhouse

Alicia C Himes-Newhouse 42 of Jamestown passed away unexpectedly at home Tuesday April 26 2022 She was born July 10 1979 in Jamestown the daughter of Tammy (Abers) Slingluff. Alicia graduated from Jamestown High School in 1997. Surviving is her husband of 7 years Jesse Newhouse, two sons Andrew (Jenna States) Pacitti and Michael Wilson both of Jamestown, her little angel granddaughter Peyton Pacitti, her parents Randy and Tammy Slingluff of Jamestown, her brother Tim Himes of Akron NY, stepsister Natasha (John) Portie of Jacksonville Fla, stepbrother Jason Slingluff of LasCruses NM, nieces Natalie Brown, Moria Slingluff and Mary Himes nephews Colin Brown, Dylan Brown and Zac Himes. She was preceded in death by her son Alexander Pacitti her maternal grandparents John and Loretta Abers and stepbrother Randy Slingluff Jr. She was previously employed at Jamestown High School and Truck-Lite she most recently ran a cat rescue out of her home. Alicia loved Horror movies and was a huge fan of the Twilight movies but most of all, loved playing tea party with her granddaughter. Alicia was a Buffalo Bills and NY Giants fan. Alicia was very passionate about all animals. A memorial service and celebration of life will be held Tuesday May 17, 2022 from 4pm-6pm at Riccardi’s Hubert Funeral Home.
