Obituary of Deborah L Badgley

Deborah L. Badgley (Debbie), 60, of Jamestown, passed away December 19, 2021, She was born June 8, 1961, in Jamestown to Thomas J Kelly and the late Geraldine (Peters) Kelly. Debbie is survived by her father, Thomas J Kelly, two daughters, Randi Ling (Max) of Salamanca, and Kendra Winn (Michael) of Dallas, TX; her siblings, Tom (Lisa) Kelly of Busti and Steven “Sam” Kelly, her step siblings, Susan Kelly of NV and Kelly T Kelly of PA, her long-time companion, Sam O’Neal, 10 grandchildren: Alex, Tyler, Zack, Hayden, Onnalee, Garek, Devin, Jon, Jake, and Caleb; and 3 great-grandchildren, Aryah, Charleston, and Ethan, and her step children, Tara, and Jedidiah. Debbie is preceded in death by her mother, Geraldine Peters Kelly, her husband, Lesley “Skip” Badgley, her sister, Geraldine Kelly, and her step mother, Barbara Kelly. She was a RN and studied phlebotomy. Deborah worked in many nursing home facilities in the Jamestown area and also worked at Jamestown Sterling for many years. Debbie loved meeting new people and welcoming friends in her home. She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church and had a heart to serve in the bus ministry. She was a life-long Buffalo Bills fan. Visitation will be Wednesday December 22, 2021 from 6-8pm at Riccardi’s Hubert's Funeral Home in Jamestown. The funeral service will be Thursday December 23, 2021 10am at the funeral home.
