Sondra A. Tarr, 82 of Jamestown, passed away Saturday, Aug. 21, 2021.
Born Oct. 26, 1938 in Olean a daughter of the late Syd and Frances Surrena Whitcomb.
She was a graduate of Titusville High School.
Sondra was a longtime United Refinery employee in Jamestown.
She enjoyed bird watching, traveling and above all being with her family.
Wife of the late Drew R. Tarr, Sr.; mother of Drew R. Tarr, Jr. of Jamestown, Cathryn (Gary) Schneider of Cassadaga, David L. (Lori) Tarr of Lakewood and the Late Chris Tarr; grandmother of Terrena (Dylan) Derby, Ryan Tarr, Nicole Witruke, Jeffery Tarr, Joshua (Erika) Tarr, Alyssa (Chris) Wise, Christina (Jessup) Baker, Shara (Bob) Post and the late Mindy Tarr; great-grandmother of 15.
Funeral services will be private. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery, Stockton.
In lieu of flowers memorials to: American Cancer Society or the Chautauqua County Humane Society.
