Obituary of Ann Mabel Ulander

Mabel A. Ulander, who went by "Ann", 69, of Jamestown, NY passed away May 1st, 2021 at Heritage Park unexpectedly. She was born January 29th, 1952, the daughter of John and Freda Brink, in Jamestown, NY. A lifelong area resident Ann graduated from Jamestown High School in 1971. She married Wesley D. Ulander in 1972. She worked for many years at Lutheran Social Services as a Housekeeper. She loved the Lord and attended Zion Covenant Church for many years. She loved the outdoors, plants, porcelain dolls, and her shoe collection. Ann enjoyed taking long drives. Her greatest love was spending time with her grandson Brady. Ann is survived by one son, Shawn (Brianne) Ulander of Jamestown, NY, one grandson, Brady Ulander, of Jamestown, NY, a twin Brother, David (Linda) Brink of Frewsburg, NY, Sam (Kathy) Brink, a brother of North Carolina, Timothy (Michelle) Brink, a brother of Texas, Jason (Diane) McNeely, a brother of Jamestown, NY, Lynn Terry, a brother of Jamestown, NY, Douglas Brink, a brother of California, and a sister, Grace (Edward) Gardner of Jamestown, NY. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Wesley D. Ulander, whom she married August 19th, 1972 and died April 8th, 2005. A special thank you goes out to the staff at Heritage Park for the care and assistance that was given. Visitation and funeral service will be held on Friday, May 7th, 2021 from 11-1 at Riccardi’s Hubert Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sunset Hill Cemetery, Lakewood, NY.
