Obituary of Luis M Rosa

Luis M Rosa, 56 of Jamestown passed away April 8, 2021 at his home. He was born February 3, 1965 in Fajardo, Puerto Rico the son of Lis Rosa Rosato and Abigail Davila Figueroa. After moving to the Bronx, NY from Puerto Rico, Luis founded and ran what became a very successful DJ business. Luis then moved to Jamestown where he worked for Wal Mart and the Mental Health Association in Chautauqua County. He was very open and honest about his recovery which in turn helped many people with their journey to recovery. He treated all of his coworkers at the MHA as his family. Luis is survived by his children, Luis Rosa and Ariam Rosa, his mother, Abigail Davila, his brother, Alberto Rosa, his sister, Zoraida Rosa, and his girlfriend, Wendy Jo Stafford. Arrangements entrusted to Hubert Funeral Home. A Memorial celebration for Luis will take place on Saturday April 17, 2021 11Am at St. Lukes Episcopal Church Jamestown, NY. All are welcome. Visitors are reminded to wear face coverings and practice social distancing while at Church.
