I was sorry to learn of Joan's passing. Joan did much of my secretarial work for well over 20 years. Bill Evans once commented to me that Joan was the smartest one in our firm, including all the lawyers. She was always very competent, good natured and a valued employee. I suspect that if she had had the chance to go to college that she could have been anything. I will cherish my memory of Joan. Tom Flowers
