Cousin (I call Aunt Myrtle) Myrtle, I`m sorry to have heard of Kathy`s passing. Although I hadn`t seen her, or Dan-Dan nor anyone from the Carlton`s side of the family for years. You all are still my cousins. I loved you then and I love you all still. I`m sorry to hear of all the heartaches you all have had to endure. God be with you Aunt Myrtle. Stay safe. I`m glad Aunt Mary (My cousin Mary Carr) has finally gotten in touch with you. Some fellow named Norm, found out where you were. I found out the phone number and gave it to her. Praise God she found you. Much love always. Cousin Kathy May you R.I.P. Hugs to all her family and friends. Love, Starr Belle.

I will forever hear Kathy's voice, yelling "CAR!" echoing through Fairfield Ave. She was lovingly given the name of "Mayor" on our street. She looked out of all of her neighbors, and kept all of us kids safe.
Kathy was one of kindest, and most thoughtful people I have had the pleasure of knowing in my life. The night I moved back to Jamestown, and back onto Fairfield Ave, Kathy was right there welcoming my family back with open arms. And when my Mom passed away in 2018, Kathy was one of the first people to reach out to me.
To the family, no words can express how truly sorry I am for your loss. Praying for you all to find comfort and peace.
