Obituary of Otto Chadwick

Otto Chadwick, 61 of Jamestown passed away March 11, 2020 at UPMC Chautauqua. He was born March 1, 1959 in Hornell, NY the son of Earl E. Chadwick and Florence M. Nephew Chadwick. Otto graduated Pioneer High School class of 1978. He worked at the Resource Center Jones and Gifford in Jamestown. Otto was a member of the Falconer Rod and Gun Club. Otto is survived by his siblings, Linda Patterson, Steve Chadwick, and Inez Lewis, his nieces and nephews, Guy, Donald, Charlie, Frankie, Dawn, Billy, Judy, Brian, Danny, Drew, Ashlee, Cassie, and RC, and his best friend Bill Dormen. Otto is preceded in death by his parents, his siblings, Daisy Flagg and Sarah Patterson, and his niece Mary Patterson. Calling hours will be Thursday March 19, 2020 from 11am-1pm at Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Interment to follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
