George R Cederquist, 72 of Jamestown passed away February 23, 2020 at UPMC Chautauqua. He was born November 29, 1947 in Jamestown NY the son of George and Karin Cederquist.
George was the owner/operator of Tri-Meadow Dairy on Fluvanna Ave in Jamestown. Later he worked at Meadowbrook Dairy of Erie, PA and Stueben Foods of Roxbury, NY until his retirement.
George was a former commissioner and Chief of the Fluvanna Fire Department. He was a pilot and loved to fly.
George is survived by his children, Darren Cederquist and Aimee (Rev. Thomas) Sleeth, his granddaughters, Monica Gassman and Stormy Gassman, and 4 Great grandchildren.
George is preceded in death by his parents George Cederquist and Karin Okerlund Cederquist, and his wife of 46 years Virginia McGraw Cederquist.
Arrangements entrusted to Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
A Private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
