Beloved uncle and God Father of my children. The sadness we feel because of your passing cannot erase the joy of memories of brighter days. Your love of family, tradition, music and the tender hearted nature you always had toward children, touched our lives in ways that will never be forgotten. I am honored to have called you Uncle, we are honored that you were our daughters God Father and we will forever hold you warmly in our hearts.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Judy and all the family for the loss of a wonderful man. I'm so happy to have met him (and Judy) and saw him every day during the week. He made everyone smile and laugh and we loved when he would sing the Elvis songs. Gene will be very much missed by all of us there. Rest in Peace Gene, we love you. <3 Judy you better stop in and visit us when you can.
