My Grandma was ever present, giving you her honest opinion and advice when you asked for it. She loved us and all of her great grands. She took excellent care of my Grandfather as he lost his hearing and mobility and for that I am also grateful. She was steady as a rock during the ups and downs of my life, especially when losing my parents. She always brought a sense of calm and you knew everything was going to be okay. She will be sorely missed. I'm thankful she lived a healthy life and was surrounded by her children. I know she's in a much better place and reunited with Gramps.
When you leave this world, I feel you want to know the world was better with you in it and there's no doubt this was true with Grandma.
