Obituary of Joseph C Morrison

Joseph C. Morrison Sr., 64 of Jamestown, passed away at 2:38 p.m. Friday (November 3, 2017) at his residence. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA on January 30, 1953 the son of Jack and Helen Lingaton Morrison Sr., Bradford, PA. Joe was employed as a machinist at Bush Industries for twelve years, retiring due to a disability. Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife, Joann Werneth Morrison, a son, Joseph Morrison Jr. (Gregory Wilson), Lockhaven, PA, three step children, Michael Bentley, Lori (Brandon) Miller, Jamestown and Alice (Scott) Blair, Cherry Creek, NY., eight grandchildren, a great granddaughter, three brothers, Jack Morrison, Bradford, PA, Jeffrey Morrison, Nashville, TN and Jon (Wendy) Morrison, Plainfield, IN, two sisters, Janice Morrison and Jamie (Joe) Rhoades, Bradford, PA. Several nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara Ann Morrison. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. in the Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services. The Rev. William Blair, pastor of New Creation Assembly of God Church, will officiate.
