Obituary of Dennis G Lindgren

Dennis G. Lindgren, 73, of Falconer, passed away at 4:23 p.m. Sunday (October 29, 2017) at his residence. He was born in Blanchard, PA on May 8, 1944 the son of the late Wellington and Laura Saber Lindgren. He was a self-employed roofer and owned D&D Roofing for over thirty years. He was also employed at the former Crawford's Furniture and was a member of Praise Fellowship. Dennis is survived by eight children, Karin (Mark) McAdoo, Jamestown, Cheryl (Ken) Hand, Shawn Lindgren, Warren, Pa., Doug Lindgren, Falconer, Stacey (Carlos Herrera) Mott, Blacksheir, GA, Amy Lindgren, Buffalo, Dennis Lindgren Jr., Delaware and Kirk Lindgren, Blanchard, PA., twelve grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, two brothers, Lynn Lindgren, Franklin, PA and Larry Lindgren, Slippery Rock, PA., two sisters, Yvonne Lindgren, Blanchard, PA and Cleo Burkhouse, Chesapeake, VA., his best friend, Don Lusk, Warren, PA. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Lindgren who died on March 6, 2010, a son, Eric Lindgren, a brother, John Lusk and a sister, Avis Dutton. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Praise Fellowship, Russell, Pa. The Rev. Keith Barreto, will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Frewsburg. The family will be present to receive friends for two hours prior to the funeral service in the church. The Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
