This earth would be a lot nicer if we had more rick smiths in it.He was a very fine man.I had a lot of fun with him.What a fun and grate person to be with growing up with rick made life a lot better.This man was one of a kind no one else will ever be able to replace him. And to top all that off this guy was very smart very bright.My dad and mom and brothers and myself loved him.My condolences to ricks family.

My deepest sympathy to Richards loved ones. I grew up in Wrightsville and met him through his family that lived down the road from us. He was always a nice guy and oh that smile! I recognized him instantly from the photo as I used to have one that he gave me. May you cherish the memories of him always.

So very sorry for your loss! During the time I knew him at Heritage, he was always so very kind and loved to visit with me because of the "weilacher connection" as he called it. I will treasure the picture of the owl he colored for me. My condolences to all of his family. God Bless.
