It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Everett A. Russell on May 15, 2026. Born on April 21, 1956, he was raised by Berniece (Leo) Yager and John Everett (Shirly) Russell.
He was a hardworking man, known for his honesty, integrity, problem solving and a willingness to help others.
Everett graduated from Southwestern High School. He ended his fabricating career with Blackstone Metal Enterprises and returned back to farming with his beloved identical twin brother, John A. Russell, who went with our Lord and Savor on March 4, 2025.
Everett is survived by his three loving children, Amber Pitts, Theodore Russell and Bethany Russell, his brothers, Fred (Laurie) Russell and Ben (LouAnn) Russell, his sister, Kathy (Glen) James, his grandchildren, Madison (Bishop) Burnett-Slaughter, Mikayla (the late Kyle) Pitts, Ali-May (Hunter) Greenwalt and Kaleb Pitts and his great grandchildren, Kymari, Kaniya, Gianna, Finley, Ophelia, Josephine and Elyse.
Arrangements entrusted to Riccardi’s Hubert Funeral Home.
In accordance with Everett’s wishes cremation will be private.
A memorial service will be held at a later date for family.
