Leanna Star Mayy Herrera (Le-Le), age 4 of Jamestown NY, passed away November 17th, 2025, due to a tragic accident. She was born on February 8th, 2021, to Sabrina Sample and Ne-nito Herrera in Jamestown, NY.

Leanna attended Mr. Knights class at Fletcher Elementary School. Leanna enjoyed playing outside, playing with her siblings, singing, dancing, coloring, going to school, and watching KPop Demon Hunters. Leanna was loved by many.

Leanna was survived by her siblings: Lynisha, Lavonnte, Latrell and Le-Lito Herrera; her Aunts and Uncles: Tasha, Shania, Austin, Cheito, Ashlyn, and Itza Marie; her Grandparents: Lyn, Amanda, and Michael; her Great relatives: Bernard Jr, Mitchell, Linda, Bobby, Bernard III, Yavonna, Nick, Angela, Deborah, and Paula; and many cousins.

She was predeceased by her little brother Landon, Great Grandma Frances Mount, Great Grandfather Bernard Williams, Great Grandpa Steve, and Grandfather John Sample.
