Daniel Scott Babyak, known to all as "Danny," passed away unexpectedly on November 8th, 2025. Danny, 52, was born in Jamestown, New York, on December 18th, 1972, but resided for most of his life in Falconer, New York.

Danny was a free spirit who loved his family and traveling. He was known for working in construction, enjoyed roaming the beach, and talking to his kids and grandkids. Danny was an artist and shared many pieces of art with those he loved. Danny spent the last years of his life traveling the States and arranging phone calls with his favorite people.

Danny is survived by his father and stepmother, Dan and Deb Babyak; his children, Amanda (Dale), Zachary (Nicole), Kevanna, Lillian, Jennamarie, Samantha, and Aurora; his grandchildren, Sam, Peyton, and Raelynn; his sister, Heather; his nephews, Ray and Trevor; his niece, Michaela; and many others.

He was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, Harriet and Tim Willett, and others.

A memorial service will be held for family and friends on Tuesday November 18, 2025, from 1pm-3pm at Riccardi’s Hubert Funeral Home. 111 S. Main St Jamestown NY 14701.
