Donna L. Pacitti, 86, of 2739 Butts Road, Ashville, N.Y. died at 4:14 p.m., Sunday September 21st in Spencerport N.Y. at the home of her son Gary Glazer surrounded by family.

She was born in Jamestown, N.Y. on February 15, 1939, the daughter of the late Earl and Helen Underwood. After graduating from Cassadaga High School she received a Business Degree from Jamestown Business College. Soon after she married the late Harold Glazer. Together they launched the highly successful optometry practice, Union Optical, which she managed until it was sold a few years after Harold’s death in 1982.

Donna married Richard Pacitti July 14th, 1984, in Jamestown.

Survivors include her children, Gary (Elizabeth) Glazer, Steven Pacitti, Christopher (Triffy) Pacitti, Cynthia (Gennaro) Manocchio, her siblings, Bruce (Maxine) Underwood and Carol Kesdy, her Grandchildren, Renae (Matt) Barie, Elise (Jack) Lee, Sydney (JT) Headley, Mikayla and Jeremy Glazer, Dylan and Aaron Manley, Ashley (Adam) Jones, Paul (Audrey) Evans, and Lauren (Nick) Bishop, her Great grandchildren, Alex, Emma and Harper Waid, Xander and Olivia Lee, Dax and Brecken Headley and many close and dear nieces and nephews. Also surviving is her dear friend, Sharon Westerberg.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Pacitti, her Daughter, Renay Manley, her Brother, Roy Underwood and her sister in law, Dorothy Glazer.

Visitation will be held at Riccardi’s Hubert Funeral home on Thursday September 25 from 6-8 p.m.

Funeral service to be held at Riccardi’s Hubert Funeral home on Friday September 26 from 11 am -noon with private burial to follow.
