William “Will” Tellez Martinez, 40, of Jamestown, NY, passed away unexpectedly on August 1, 2025. He was born on January 25, 1985, in Ponce, Puerto Rico to Emilia Martinez. Will grew up in Jamestown and graduated from Jamestown High School in 2003. He married Jada Lynn Terrill on June 27, 2009. Will was employed by Shults Auto Group for many years and worked in various positions and locations during his time there.

Will is survived by his wife, Jada; sons Ryley, Tyler, and Gabriel Tellez; mother Emilia Martinez; brother Pablo Figueroa III; nephews Blaine B. Dunn Jr. and Tristan Dunn; and nieces Emilia Dunn and Serenity Owen, along with other extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Cristobal Martinez Gonzalez and Ada Martinez Cruz; sister Ashley L. Figueroa; and uncle Alcidez Perez.

Will’s family was his motivation in life. He focused on providing guidance, love, and support for them, as well as for his nephews and nieces, for whom he embraced a fatherly role.

Will loved to spend time outdoors fishing, camping, and hunting with family and friends. He showed his love of nature through gardening and caring for different animals throughout his life. Will enjoyed cooking and baking, often trying something new to share with those around him. He also expressed his creativity through different hands-on projects such as woodworking or drawing.
