Lynette A Atkins Obituary

Lynette A. Atkins, 82 of Jamestown passed away peacefully at Absolut Care of Westfield on Wednesday June 18, 2025. She was born April 29, 1943 to William and Elizabeth Bush.

Lynette worked as a home care aide for several years as well as many other jobs.

She loved animals especially horses, dogs and cats. Lynette rescued several dogs from the shelter. Her dogs and cats are now in the loving care of her daughter and family.

Lynette is survived by her daughter, Donette Bennink, several step children, her 3 grandchildren, Taylor (Timothy) Englant, Matthew (Gabrielle) Bennink and Alexander Bennink and her 2 brothers, William (Patty) Bush and Edward Bush.

Lynette was preceded in death by her son, Matthew Peterson, her daughter Victoria Peterson, her husband, Jerry Atkins and her parents.

Arrangements entrusted to Riccardi’s Hubert Funeral Home.

Services will not be observed.
