Noel Vellon “Tillo” or “Mimi”, 51, of Jamestown NY, passed away March 24th 2025, due to health complications at UPMC Hamot Hospital in Erie PA. He was born on February 4th, 1974, to parents Miriam Benitez and Roberto Vellon in Bronx Ny. Noel fathered four children that he loved, eldest daughter Noeliz Dali Vellon, son Leswill Noel Vellon daughter Nemesis Nicole Vellon and youngest son Jeremie Abdiel Vellon. He is also survived by his wife Jennifer Vellon Del Moral along with his seven brothers and sisters and grandson Angel Vellon.

He loved going out fishing, riding his bike around town and making people smile. Noel also loved sharing with everyone and anyone who would listen his love for God and his strong belief in his faith. He would sing old hymns any chance he could and always smile even in difficult times. His viewing will be held on Friday March 28th from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at Hubert Funeral Home 111 South Main Street Jamestown Ny, 14701. The burial will be held shortly after at Lakeview Cemetery.
