Marilyn J. Sabino, age 79 of Jamestown NY passed away on January 23, 2025. She was born in 1945 to Phillip Norris and Frances Pendelton in Jamestown, and graduated from Jamestown High School. She is survived by her sister Carol Weikel of Massachusetts, sons Mark (married to Jessica) and Samuel, her grandchildren Marissa (married to Francisco), Alexander, Chloe, Giovanni, and Alessandra, and her great-grandchildren Bryan, Natalia, and Nadia. She was predeceased by her husband Salvatore “Sam” Sabino, and her parents. Marilyn worked for a variety of local business, including Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Marine Midland Bank in Falconer, and Visiting Nursing Association of WNY, among other businesses. She was an active member of St. James Church in Jamestown, and enjoyed a variety of church-related activities including becoming a Eucharistic Minister. She was also a proud member of the Beta Sigma Phi Chapter Sorority and The Cackle Club. The family plans to hold a joint celebration of life with her husband Sam on May 16, 2025, at Riccardi’s Hubert Funeral home in Jamestown, A joint mass to be held on May 17, 2025, at St. James RCC.
