Joan Grace Roberts (Hicks), 70 of Jamestown NY, passed away on January 14, 2024. She was born January 5, 1954, to Samuel and Helen Hicks in Ashtabula OH.

Joan was a graduate of Jamestown High School class of 1974. She worked for Heritage Park and the Resource Center. Joan was a kind soul who loved to crochet, listen to country music and everything Elvis Presley. She will be deeply missed.

Joan is survived by her children, Michael Roberts, Ellery Roberts, Samuel Roberts, Patrick Roberts and Pamela Roberts, her sisters, June Hicks, Joann Evans, Janet Caldwell and Mary Blakeslee. Also surviving are several grand and great grandchildren.

Joan was preceded in death by her parents, her son, William Roberts, her grandson, Ellery James Roberts Jr., her sister, Joyce Bartlett and her brother, Samuel Hicks Jr.

A visitation will be held Friday January 19, 2024, from 1pm-3pm at Riccardi’s Hubert Funeral Home.

Inurnment will be private.
