Jeffrey A. Colburn, 61, of Jamestown passed away November 18, 2023. He was born on April 21, 1962, to John and Ethel Colburn.
Jeffrey is survived by his children, Anna and Terry (Tiffany) Colburn, his mother, Ethel Colburn, his two brothers, Steve and Dan Colburn, two sisters Kathy Scott and Pat Manchester, five grandchildren, Terrell Colburn, Trenton Colburn, Corey Keefe, Elijah Keefe and Kyle Keefe and a great grandchild Lilly Keefe.
He is preceded in death by his father John Colburn Sr. and his two brothers John Colburn Jr. and Mike Colburn Sr.
Arrangements entrusted to Riccardi’s Hubert Funeral Home.
A visitation will be held on Friday November 24, 2023 from 11AM-1PM.
