Ryan L. Percey 40, of Jamestown passed away Oct. 5, 2022. He was born June 15, 1982, in Jamestown the son of the late Robert G. Hallowell and Diane Y. Percey Hallowell.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his daughters Susan Butts and Erinne Spaulding and son Blaine Percey. His sisters Michelle Percey, Lana Winters, Tiffany Walsh and Samantha Oswalt. His brothers Shane Hallowell and Aaron Hallowell.
