Jocelyn K Bailey, 69 of Jamestown passed away September 29, 2020 at UPMC Chautauqua. She was born August 28, 1951 the daughter of Albert Sheldon and Evelyn (Leonard) Davison. Jocelyn worked as a CNA for multiple agencies and in the private sector. She also devoted most of her life to caring for her parents and sister. Jocelyn fought a long hard battle against cancer. She never gave up. She was a loving mother, daughter, and friend who had a deep love for her furry friends. Jocelyn was also known to have a great sense of humor and wittiness as she always kept everyone laughing and smiling. She will be deeply missed. Jocelyn is survived by her son, Thomas (Jill Soderlund) Bailey Jr, her siblings, Cheryl Lynch and Janet (Chuck) Pike, her nephew, Tyrone Lichtenberger, and her significant other, Kevin McCool and his son Joseph McCool. Jocelyn is preceded in death by her parents, her step father, Leonard Davison, her brother, Albert Sheldon Jr, and her brother in law Montgomery Lynch. Arrangements entrusted to Hubert Funeral Home.
